Atlassian
Senior Global Creative Operations Manager
2021-Present
Atlassian is the type of company that makes you elevate your standards of creative output. It’s rooted in 25 years of high quality work that is innovative and has global impact. This is my first in-house tech company so shifting from the digital space has been all very new and exciting. The exploration has only just begun.
Madwell
Senior Creative Resource Manager
Brooklyn, NY
2019 – 2021
Madwell is a creative agency in Bushwick with all the vibrations of artists and makers at its doorstep. I started the Resourcing department and implemented the first process to streamline communication. Most of my time is spent finding solutions to seemingly impossible puzzles of schedule management in a busy agency with finite resources, balancing budgets and time, and being an unlicensed therapist. Utilization is important, retention is important, and understanding the human experience in the inconsistent world of advertising keeps me ever present.
Digital Kitchen
Creative Resource Manager
Seattle, WA
2015 – 2016
At DK in Seattle, I learned how to really communicate with varied personality types. I established the first Resourcing process across 3 very different offices with 3 very different sets of rules and needs. Analyzing data is more than numbers; it’s understanding and identifying patterns within an agency that showcase where the inconsistencies are.
Pop Agency
Resource Coordinator
Seattle, WA
2012 – 2015
Pop was started in a garage by two guys in the early 90’s. They made Bill Nye the Science Guy’s first ever website. I owe everything in my career to being given the chance to work at Pop. It was more than facilitating the 5 hour long resource meetings and staffing quick turn new biz projects. It was about making informed decisions and having the guts to back myself up.
